Tell us who is submitting the request and provide the flooring specifications needed to calculate component material and unopened-box requirements.

Flooring Product

Use the product box, manufacturer specification sheet, or product listing when completing these fields.

Enter the manufacturer-listed total thickness.
Enter the actual manufacturer-listed width. Do not round.
Finished components cannot exceed the supplied plank length or STEPIT LVP’s applicable 64-inch maximum.
Minimum accepted wear layer is 12 mil. LVP below 12 mil is not eligible for fabrication.
Enter the number of individual planks contained in one unopened manufacturer box.
Product Information Status Complete all required product information and correct any unsupported flooring specifications.
Submission does not confirm that the flooring can be fabricated. STEPIT LVP will review the product construction, dimensions, color, locking system, and other material characteristics before approving the request.

Step 3

Material Estimate, Fulfillment and Submission

Review the calculated material requirement, tell us how the LVP and finished components will be transported, and submit the request for STEPIT LVP review.

Estimated Minimum Unopened Boxes

This estimate includes the calculated fabrication requirement plus an extra-material allowance of 15%, with a minimum of three extra planks. The final requirement remains subject to STEPIT LVP review.

This is a planning estimate, not final material approval. Additional material may be required because of manufacturing defects, testing, pattern placement, angle adjustment, unusual construction, or project-specific fabrication needs. Customer-provided material must arrive in unopened manufacturer boxes.

Material Delivery

This section applies when the customer or partner is providing the LVP.

Drop-offs and facility visits must be arranged in advance. Damage while material is being shipped to STEPIT LVP is the customer’s responsibility. Pickup requests are available only to flooring dealers, retailers, and distributors, and remain subject to service area, route availability, scheduling, and separate charges.

Completed-Order Fulfillment

Choose how the completed fabricated products should be received.

Rush availability and fees must be confirmed by STEPIT LVP.
The requested date is not guaranteed. Standard turnaround begins only after material delivery, compatibility review, final order approval, and any required payment.
